Welcome to AppDeployPro. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AppDeployPro ("we", "our", or "us"), a web-based service that enables users to manage and submit Android applications to the Google Play Store. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

AppDeployPro is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized employer who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. User Content

By using AppDeployPro, you may upload content such as release notes and application binaries ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all content you upload.

3. Free Use and Future Pricing

AppDeployPro is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid pricing plans in the future, with advance notice and clear terms. Use of paid features will be subject to additional terms at that time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
Abuse or misuse the API or automation features.
Submit malicious, unauthorized, or misleading applications.
Impersonate others, spam, or scrape data from the platform.
Upload or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

AppDeployPro retains all rights, title, and interest in the service and related intellectual property. You may not use our branding or design assets without prior written permission.

6. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppDeployPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the service or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
